Instead of login screen, would prefer default to "create new account" when adding to shopping cart

Hello, I can't seem to figure this out! Since we are selling membership roles, new customers do not have an existing user account. Upon signing up (putting item in cart), how can I bring up the "create new account" screen instead of the "Log in" screeen?
