When I try to load
/admin/build/menu-customize/navigation
I get a completely blank page. No html at all.

This drupal site has been up & running for about 6 months with no probs. As far as I can see there are no other issues.

We used to be able to edit the menu - it has suddenly stopped being accessible.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions? We're using 6.12

I also get a blank page. My site has been up for about a year, running fine and out of the blue with no changes made, I wanted to add another link in my main menu and all I get is a blank page. I have tried other ways to get to this area with no luck. I am using 6.13

this issue is still live.

Does anyone have any idea why it might have happened or how to get a solution?

The problem is Zen theme. If I change the theme on a duplicate version of the site I can edit the menu
