My one suggestion might be to add more to the design of the site, it doesn't look bad, just a little plain... unless that's what you're going for then it looks great.

The one thing i was thinking was, I would like to see a little explanation next to the video
the title was enough to get me to click on it but when I was watching it (like the one where shaq first meets Jordan) I found myself wondering what year that was,
what teams they were on, how old they were and what city they were playing in?
although i understand this would be alot of work and research, it might have kept me on the site longer because each video would be a little lesson as well as entertainment
