I've created a simple medical community using Drupal 4.7
The features are awesome! And it's quite easy to theme if you know a bit of html/css/php. The theme in LearnMed is just a simple variation of the default Bluecurve theme with just a bit of CSS changes. (Still working some quirks out of it though).
Using the excellent multisite feature that comes built-in, I can now create network sites complete with member integration. (IFMSA Forums is one of our network sites.)
The last thing I need to wait for is the (liquid)wiki module and my site will be pretty much complete!
I can't wait to see what Drupal comes up with in the future! <3

Bluemarine
Whoops, by bluecurve I meant bluemarine. It's just a couple of CSS changes, nothing much.
