When I go to the Status report, it show that I updated to the latest version but when I go to the Available updates, I still have the previous version.

Could there be a file that wasn't updated on my host that should reflect the change ?

Did you run update.php? Maybe try running cron and flushing Drupal's cache?

In fact I did forgot to run update.php but doing so didn't further my cause ; no module had something other than No updates available. To flush/clear the cache, I installed Devel module the went into Performance ( /admin/settings/performance ), at the bottom clicked Clear cached data then received the confirmation message Caches cleared then running cron through /cron.php and the updates Check manually ( /admin/reports/updates/check ) confirmed by Attempted to fetch information about all available new releases and updates. but it's still D6.14 in the updates.
