I think all isn't really un-important...
I think all isn't really un-important but the most important thing is the usability. Some things aren't just how you expect it would work or how you should set things up.
There is an extended mail coming to the mailinglist soon, for the usabiliy issues I had in mind, maybe it's worth discussing?
admin usability
I think usability for normal users is very important, one the three most important things in a web site, but I'm less willing to sacrifice features to make admin's work easier. This does not mean that administration shouldn't be as simple as possible: I'm an adminstrator too. But while a site shouldn't have docs and should be completely intuitive at first sight, I think an admin could and should spend some time reading docs and trying to understand, because this means more time for developers to add features (not to mention have a social life )
Simplicity
I think for the breadth of what drupal does, it is pretty easy to learn and administer a site. I'm not saying it is perfect - far form it, but of all the things I think the simplicity of it stands out for me. This, in part, stems from some of the architecture and design (not the implementation as I think not separating presentation from model is a huge mistake) - for example, nodes and what they are and how things like collaborative books work. This architecture/design makes for, in large part, the simplicity I speak of.
I think we need a poll module
I think we need a poll module that allows for more than one choice.
Multiple choice polling
Yes, please. Those poll options aren't mutually exclusive, but we're forced to answer as if they are. Only being allowed one choice, I voted for "Drupal's modularity and extensibility." But what I would have liked to vote for is, "Drupal's unique combination of spectacularly flexible categorization model that can apply as widely or narrowly as I like, true modularity with a decent list of useful modules, commitment to excellence in matters such as standards support--together with the open, responsive, collaborative community of a mature Open Source project." Or something like that.
Thanks to everyone who has contributed to making Drupal so useful, by the way. :-) Now please go make a poll module that permits voting for more than one option!
because it rockz!
drupal kicks other ones' ass!
that's the way i like it....
Two of them, actually
I voted for "Drupal's excessive configuration capabilities" because I feel like I can change my whole website in 5 minutes. Of course, I am not going to do it but for newcomers, it's awesome to have so many options to start with. But this configuration options aren't alone, they derive from "Drupal's excessive set of features and functionality" and "Drupal's modularity and extensibility". You can see the purpose of each module very clearly, and I can't complain about the options that you have for each one. Thanks to all module developers!
As an more or less experienced Drupal user, always running the latest CVS on my "production" website, and as a PHP developer, it's clearly that drupal's development is solid. The "Drupal's excessive set of features and functionality" can, and do, attract many users... and beyond installation and tweaking, every week there's something new to play with. I came to drupal because of the "queue" features, because I was trying to build a Kuro5hin-like website. But without locales, I wouldn't never be able to run a portuguese website, because of the comments moderations, I wouldn't be able to mantain comments to a decent level, etc, etc.. I think what I like most in drupal is that the developers keep it highly customizable. I just wished that more people would use it for non standard function like "just a weblog tool", but the day will come, the day will come
I like Drupal's...
...minty fresh flavor.
Having said that value
Having said that value "Drupal's modularity and extensibility" most, I also really, really value the fact that it is available OPEN SOURCE. :)

I love Drupal's
I love Drupal's extensibilty.
I Read somewhere that Drupal is more like Linux than Windows, with all its plugins. I think it is right on :)
