I want to contribute to the Creative Commons Lite Module (http://drupal.org/project/creativecommons_lite) which is an abandoned project. I am using it for my own needs and believe that it will benefit from some additional functionality including:
* Integration of the GNU licenses
* Growing of the database tables - currently only uses one table to store nid and license code. License types and description are coded in php.

I am uninsterested in the Creative Commons Module (http://drupal.org/project/creativecommons) which uses the Creative Commons API as it causes problems in bandwidth constrained countries such as South Africa.

I have abandoned the idea of working on this. I have utilized the creative commons module instead. This project is abandoned.
