The website I have has been running with version 6.x-1.2 and works without any problems. On upgrading to 1.3 I'm getting a warning display across the whole site as below. The themes used are both zen sub themes.

"user warning: Table 'subtheme.sections_nodes' doesn't exist query: SELECT theme FROM sections_nodes WHERE nid = 2 in /domain.com/user/htdocs/modules/sections/sections.module on line 137."

Maybe I shouldn't be, but I'm struggling to find the answer, any suggestions?
