Hi,
I have created a home page for my drupal site with url

http://localhost/mysite/node/1

Then in admin-site information page I gave Default front page as

http://localhost/mysite/ node/1

Also I created a primary link with

1.path = front tag

2. Menu name = home.

But after creating my home page, when I try to create other contents and make it to promote to front page, its not being displayed in the front page. I don’t understand what went wrong. Need your help

Hi Sasi,

By setting the Default front page as "node/1" you're telling Drupal to only show that on the front page, so, no, nothing else is going to show up there...

If you look at /node you'll see all your other content.

Hi,

When I create a teaser break to a page and promote it to the front page. It works

Properly.but how can i place a teaser break in pages that are not ment for the front page and also is it possible to create the same

mechanism in content other than pages. need your help.
