storm 6.x-1.28

A bug has been found that is introduced by this release: #663164: stormproject is an undefined function
- This can cause a PHP error if the any of the Storm Ticket / Timetracking / Expense / Note modules are being used.
- The solution is a one line change in a file for each module (see above issue), or to wait for the next release.

Note that creating a backup is ALWAYS recommended before updating any modules on your site.
