The availability calendar key should only be displayed if the number of months to display is greater than zero.

When viewing the Room Search results we should have a simplified key showing 'Available' or 'Please Call'. Similar to this interface http://www.bundabergmotel.com.au/book/.

That is a separate issue.
It is a feature request and is not related to this bug, and this issue is closed anyway, so this is not the place to be posting this request.

However, it will be addressed in the future when display elements are moved into theme functions. Until then, it will not be addressed.
