My Account does not display in a certain page

In the user account page, “My Account” is not the title when users are in their Edit Profile>Personal Information pages. Rather, their username is displayed as the title—not even their real name. With the module disabled, users see their usernames as titles. There’s something wrong here because there’s no consistency in presentation. How can I get “My Account” to display in Edit Profile>Personal Information? Thanks.
