This I posted someplace else, but it was stuck in with a lot of other stuff and so didn't really surface.

I'd propose being able to use a View (possibly) to export a field into a block when viewing the content. This would help to streamline CCK pages and make them far more versatile.

Actually, this would probably be closed by now. I believe the Side Menu module does this. I haven't tested it, so I won't close it, but this week I'll have it up and running, so I'll know then.

Darn... it seems to be only a 4.6 mod... it would rock to port it to 4.7.
