I have setup secondary links for the main content, but they do not show up in live mode. However the admin area shows the theme with the secondary links. But not the live site. The theme does support secondary links, but won't show my live ones. Did I forget to click something? Thanks in advance.

Go into the Theme Configuration (click the Configure link to the right of the theme name in the Admin->Site Building->Themes and make sure you've enabled "Show Secondary Links" for the theme you're using. This option may not be selected by default.

Then in the Admin->Site Building->Blocks, assign your Secondary Menu to the region where you want it to appear.
