We have two separate tabs that contain mini-panels one called 'Content' and the other called 'information'

If you have the following options it appears that the tabs won't appear (disabling descriptive tabs makes it work again)

* Slide / Fade / Nav - disabled
* Descriptive - Enabled

Just thought that I would report this bug as it is really strange when it happens - seems like the second tab doesn't seem to position properly after being clicked and ends up being hidden.

I can't reproduce this issue, is it still occurring for you with the latest versions of tabs, panels_tabs, panels & ctools?
