this is a great module, so is uc_discounts. However, they don't work together.
By that i mean there should be an exclusive functionality extending to both modules. A simple check, if are there any other discounts already applied, don't show the pane would be a great start.

uc_discounts is abandoned, and the 5.x version of this module is unlikely to receive new features.
