Hey.
I've created a patch which allows users with proper permissions to add/edit/delete factoids in the website the bot is running on so you can add new factoids or modify existing factoids without disturbing the channels.

Not really interested in this - the bot allows you to do everything via private messages, which would address the original concern of "not disturbing the channel". I'm not a huge fan of creating two interfaces for the same data, and it would then create an assumed parity for other data modification (karma, tells, etc.), which I'm not interested in either.
