We're about to adopt it on a project at my work, I'll try to keep this thing working on D7 if nobody else ports it. It may not need too much.

Yes, I am planning for a D7 release. Going to begin porting in the next week or two. I am trying to stay committed to having the D7 official release available when D7 is launched.
