Remove Identification fieldset from term add

The new standard in Drupal core is to avoid using field set if there is only one present or when it is the main interaction. In this case is the fieldset boxing an area, which could be considered the main interaction - apart from that, the ability to hide this form also holds no value - with terms beign fieldsnow its even more unlikely modules will add things to this page.
