Yes this can be implemented as a payment gateway on e-Commerce, but you will need to find someone to do this, which will most likely be a paid contract to do this.

Generally you can look for some developers. Most of the time for my clients it is about $AU1000 depending on the gateway.

While we'd all like to support any gateway under the sun, someone need to step up to get the ball rolling. Closing for now.
