very interesting. Because there isn't any function like that in actions.inc
Note: I've uninstall backup and migrate module?
Update: It's OK now. The problem was about Backup_migrate version.

I am getting the same error when trying to add a taxonomy term using Taxonomy Manager.

I have the same problem, it is related to the Back up and migrate module, and only started to happen after the latest update of the module.
