I am somewhat new to Drupal, so forgive the riveted any of my questions.

I'm making site distribution of items in different categories. When viewing an article, I'd like to see a side view to listing the last items in the same category of this item posted.

Is this possible? If it's how make it?

create a block view with the views.module
then enable the block you created in administer -> blocks
