Once I enable taxonomy_term view - I get a "warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /www/path/site.com/httpdocs/path/includes/common.inc on line 1637." frontend and admin. If I disable it again, the warning goes away.

Are you using Pathauto? This looks like another instance of bad URL aliases for taxonomy terms, described here -- #364979: "Invalid argument supplied" errors.

If you still have malformed URL aliases, you'll have to clear them to fix the error.
