In both a block and in the body of a page I specify an image like:

<img style="vertical-align: middle;" src="http://mySite.org/home/sites/default/files/banner.jpg" alt="" width="171" height="54" />

When I save the page or block and go look to see it, I don't see it. Is it too wide? I am using the Chameleon theme.
