Issue Summary
On localize.drupal.org, I subscribed to French team group. My subscription is set in "My account > Notifications > Group" that way:
Group: French team
Type: Story
Send Interval: Daily
The subscription update that I receive each day doesn't have any formating. All is on one very long line, so it's almost unreadable.
Here's an example of a notification:

What tool do you use for email? (We did not receive such a report yet and we theoretically did not change notifications configurations recently).

Hi. I use Thunderbird 2.0.0.23 on Ubuntu 9.10. I've been having this bug for a while.

Actually, when I send an email to everybody through the broadcast option, this is also happening (or was happening until very recently).
I read the email in Gmail...

I'm also facing this issue with the notifications configured to a daily summarize by mail and when the email is read in gmail the formatting is gone everything is concatenated. I guess it's a notifications version issue.
I would be glad to help figure out what's wrong, can we access the code base somehow?

Yes, we are running 6.x-2.4 of messaging module and 6.x-2.3 of notifications module.

Apparently someone change the config in the reporting, i now have line returns and a HTML version of the daily notifications but the HTML is not converted (it's displayed as plain text).

Ha, this was turned on for http://drupal.org/node/1213966#comment-5124832 but seeing it has side effects, turned it back off.

Indeed, if the HTML version is an issue i think that it would be great to have at least line breaks.

Moving to new queue (sorry for issue-bombing).
Formats were changed recently, can you double check if this still applies now?
