Having a strange issue across several sites on different servers with different themes, where infrequently on page load the style is rendered incorrectly. Sidebars will be collapsed, or will not have floated properly. Divs will not have positioned correctly. Refresh always fixes it, and there seems to be no set pattern - it has happened on static and dynamic pages, detected on all 3 browsers from people on varying speeds of internet and on different machines.
Is this a known problem?
