setting weights on admin menu items is bad form [#665252]

No modules set weights on admin menu items that are full pages: you just let them get sorted alphabetically.

Yet I like these settings being at the top when I am debugging a site...

Hmm, torn. Opinions of other maintainers?

As much as I appreciate these items being at the top, it's just not Drupal. Admin menu items go in alphabetical order.
