i run attachment in drupal 4.7, but i find it has code error with filename of the attached files.
can it support utf-8?
i use chinese drupal 4.7.0

i find some error in my attchment module.
i use chinese, when i upload a file name with chinese code, i can see it in drupal page.
but i can download it with right chinese name only by firefox.
if i use ie , the file name will miss all chinese word .
did some one know how can i do?
