Swapped variable in listhandler_comment causes comment posting to list to fail, this patch tested on drupal 4.7.

The following patch fixes a rather easy error in listhandler_comment that prevents posted comments from ever getting sent back to the list.

I've tested listhandler with that patch to run perfectly on 4.7. I'd request this patch be applied and a 4.7 version of lh be branched.
