Post Code truncation

I planning on using a GMaps Address field to store all my individuals' locations then use and addtional GMaps Point field to use in an actual map View.
Problem is though that when I enter the address details of a person, including House number and Post Code, the GMaps module seems to strip out the House number and truncate the Post Code.

For example, entering my own details 86 Hermitage Street (House number + Road) & TA18 8EX (Post Code) results in...

'Hermitage St' (no house number)
TA18 8 (last two digits missing)

...and unfortunately, these will not do for a proper (printable) address label.

Could someone advise.
