Here is the Khmer translation update for Drupal 4.6.0. It's 100% translated.

To make it more easy for the future update, I would like to ask for a CVS account for Khmer.

Please be noticed that, I'm now working for the Localization team of KhmerOS project. We are responsible for translating Drupal (and other open source software) to Khmer, the language of Cambodia.
