Some minor minor issues found in Webkit based browsers such as Safari and Google Chrome (this has only been tested on a Mac).

The top left administration bar, Home Icon does not show. And on any of the overlays that have tabs along the top right, Eg Configuration and Modules, Appearance, etc), the tabs are not aligned correctly.

Tabs issue is being fixed in latest patch of #615130: Overlay locks up the browser and consumes 100% of CPU for certain browsers/graphics cards/operating systems

And the home-icon is already taken care of.
