The Name displayed is corrupted when the fields that compose the realname contains apostrophe: i.e.
Alex O'reilly is displayed Alex O & # 0 3 9 ; reilly (without spaces)
It seems this issue http://drupal.org/node/338871 was fixed in 6.x-1.1 version but it appears again for me in 6.x-1.3
