in the organizations page you can filter for "Is customer", "Is provider", "Is active". None of the filters seem to work.

Correction. The above behaviour had to do with the country field being by default USA. I would expect a "don't" care option to be the default so that you can filter on the other characteristics no matter what is the country. Furthermore the country setting in the filter is not saved. When I change it to another country, click the Filter button and after reopening the filter I see it is reset to USA again.
