This is a follow-up to #228510: Exposed Sorts.

The Asc/Desc field shoudl probably appear to the right, not below the order by field.

Also, Asc and Desc are not good user facing phrases. Maybe we need a setting for this, but we should default to either 'Ascending' and 'Descending' or 'Up' and 'Down' which is better for users.

ASC and DESC can be changed from Exposed Form settings UI.
