i migrated servers.

and when i started up the new one.
i got this error
"Upgrade trouble: call to undefined function: _system_theme_data() in theme.inc line 459"

update.php returns a blank page as well.

i suspect that drupal bootstrap isnt loaded properly.

can anyone help me with this problem or point me towards any possible solutions?
