Hi,
I'm trying to request a CVS account but I can't because it said that my 7 letter long password was too long. Then I tried copying and pasting the alphabet 3 times and it still didn't work. Is something broken, or is it just me.

That 7 letters is too short. Password recommendations now say 8 to 16 characters.

So just try another with 8 characters. As a developer, surely that wouldn't be a problem?

i've posted a patch in http://drupal.org/node/67124 that fixes this. as soon as this patch is reviewed by another developer, i'll commit it into the cvs.module (the thing that runs on drupal.org that generates the cvs account request form) and these problems will be solved. please move any further discussion there.
