My site don't have more of 100 unique visitors per day, but often, about 1-4 times per day always at different times, it has spikes of 1-2gb of ram usage, how I can find from where the problem is coming? devel module is the only module that I know cold help m in it, any other ideas or tips about it? http://drupal.org/project/devel

you can do some searches for "benchmarking" which should turn up helpful information.
Beyond that there is the performance group on groups.drupal.org and 2bits.com which has a great deal of optimization information
Perhaps, overload is coming
Perhaps, overload is coming from outside drupal - you need root access to fix that. Such things happen in dedicated servers due to default apache and mysql settings provided by the hosting company. I recently came across a few clients of mine who had similar problems - it was not related to drupal directly but it took several days for us to optimize apache and mysql.
