I'm using ispconfig, and created a second web site to put a second drupal site into. I copied all folders and files from the working site into the new site, I exported the database from the working site and imported it into the database of the new site. As soon as I try do to anything in the new site, drupal deletes all theme records from the system table in the database, causing a bunch of problems. Invalid regions, etc. If I navigate to a page, import the system file again, using phpmyadmin, and then go to the page and hit refresh, the page displays properly. If I try to navigate within the site, the themes disppear again, and if I look in the system table, they are gone. I could really use some help with this. Thanks in advance.
