I have committed the German translation before the 1.3 release and they are missing in the release. Looks like it was missed to sync with the CVS repository before tagging the release. Please make sure you always sync the project with your local copy before releasing.

Today I have updated them to the most recent version. Could you give translators a fair bit of time before rolling a new release if strings have changed, please?
