I am using this theme. I used more of others where is on screenshot horizontal menu. But when i am in drupal i dont know how to enable / creat it. Because there is no block like horizontal menu only header. But if i move menu to header it apears above picture. Here is how it looks like http://s.snowed.sk/

You need to enable "primary links" - that's name used for horizontal menu :-)
