Does anybody have understandable instruction on how to make this work in 5.x? [#668472]

I've searched and the only instructions I've found are minimally to the point of uselessness or in English I cannot understand.

Plus which, the version I'm using 5.x-1.4 does not appear on this version drop down for the bug report/support request.

if you can help, I'd appreciate it.

What exactly aren't you able to do? The quickstart guide for D5 (on the module's home page) did not clarify the basic usage scenario?
