I am trying to figure out this php,ini file and I created it and uploaded it my server and still getting the same error that the file size (2 MB) that this server supports. I am just looking to change this quickly to 96MB and will pay someone to help me out or show me. Thanks.

You need to change post and memory settings as well and restart apache.

i might be missing the point. just want to make sure you checked the settings at /admin/settings/uploads
