and

[upgraded to 5.21]

click through some of the left navigation menus and even node pages are not found.

ah the expanded menus

did you have jquery_update.module installed?

Have you cleared your database cache?

have you checked for any updates to the garland theme?

sjames’s picture

yes, the expanded menus and also the order of menus is not correct.
http://www.shreemaa.org is the correct menu listing.
http://97.72.84.10:8888/drupal is all wrong.

> did you have jquery_update.module installed?
yes. should I turn that off?

> Have you cleared your database cache?
how do I do that?

> have you checked for any updates to the garland theme?
checking for that now.

jquery_update fopr Drupal 5.x required you to add some files to the misc folder. Did you put those files back after the upgrade?

database cache is cleared using phpmyadmin or similar, to empty tables that hold cache.

can someone give some clue why my page won't display properly?
http://97.72.84.10:8888/drupal/

the database is ok. I checked that.

any ideas anyone?

I ran the update.php web script and that resolved the error.
