Cant add a form component = Page not found

It worked before. I have tired to update fron 2.8 to 2.9 and it is the same issue.

The URL redirect to this URL when I tries to add a form component to a form: mysite.com/node/28/edit/components/new/delete

I found the problem and it is the Smart_menus/Smart_Tab module.

If you have the same problem you can just update the module: http://drupal.org/project/smart_menus

I mark this as fixed.
