I am looking to acheive similar functionality as:
http://www.wish.org/help/donate (The one in donation block). What are the steps involve?

I enabled the module and tried adding needed fields, but these fields are available only while creating(by admin) the donation product, but not on the actual donation page(by end user). Any idea? Thanks,
