I have now successfully created my first job post item. It looks great, Thank you.

I check my created item. It seams the submission link is activated for registered users only. I need this submission link to be enabled for all users. I could not change this feature from Admin>Permissions . Any idea how I can achieve this feature?

Is it possible to add CAPTCHA to submission form?
