Opening a New Page when Linking to a Drupal Generated Block

I'm using Drupal generated "latest items'" blocks to show feeds that are coming in to my site.

When you click on the listed feeds, it takes the user directly to the original articles.

How can I make Drupal open a new blank page for these links so that the visitor doesn't leave the site?

Any help would be appreciated!
