Prevent from resizing the modal frame while a child document is loading or unloading

Here's a feature request to improve a little the logic behind the window resize events. When the child documeny is loading or unloading, we can perfectly ignore resize events because the modal frame will be resized anyway as soon as the child document is loaded.
