Tutor needed

I'm in Edmonton Alberta and want to hire someone to come to my site to tutor me on Drupal. My site is set up and the designer was supposed to give me very basic instructions meant for someone with little knowledge of websites. The instructions I received are very vague and tell me what to do but not how to do it and I'm very frustrated. I think (hope) that 2 hours max will solved the remaining questions that I have. Thank you.
